Jonathan has been incredible, providing me with insight into my own thoughts and feelings and letting me lead the sessions. Before speaking to Jonathan I would have never opened up about how I felt or what I thought but through these sessions I have been given the courage and encouragement to do exactly that. Jonathan’s expertise is clear. He refrains from tackling specific issues, but more holistically, helps to shift the perspective of the patient regarding specific issues. I did notice that quite often, it’s my perspectives that create the negative thoughts, and that it’s the perspective usually that is a root cause, with the negative thoughts being the symptoms. I like this approach, and will continue working with Jonathan in the future. If you’re looking for a more holistic approach to therapy, I think you’ll be in good hands with Jonathan.
